Professor of Industrial Design and Anthropology at the University of Notre Dame.

With her multi-disciplinary background, she consults with major international companies on issues of design research, strategy and product innovation. Her broad clientele includes McDonalds, Starbucks, Panasonic, Bayer AG, Takeda Pharmaceuticals and Namco-Bandai.

Amy Mosley Miller

Amy has led research for top companies like Solo Cup Co., Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Bayer, 3M, and Panasonic, helping them gain insights that drive innovation and product impact. With a background in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied under renowned psychologist Martin Seligman, and a master’s in Cultural Psychology and Decision Science from the University of Chicago, Amy combines rigorous research with a deep understanding of human motivation. At Core, she and her team deliver dynamic workshops and presentations that transform insights into strategies, sparking innovation and inspiring lasting organizational change.

Coté Soerens brings over 15 years of experience in crafting impactful, user-centered solutions that drive meaningful change. Based in Chicago and fluent in both English and Spanish, Cote blends her background in organizational psychology and social innovation with a deep understanding of UX design, service design, and strategic research. Her unique approach leverages empathy, storytelling, and systems thinking, creating designs that resonate across diverse user groups and cultural contexts.
